whatever they say, it's gotta be true, right?

You Are a Newborn Soul

You are tolerant, accepting, and willing to give anyone a chance.

On the flip side, you're easy to read and easily influenced by others.

You have a fresh perspective on life, and you can be very creative.

Nonconformist and nontraditional, you've never met anyone who's like you.

Inventive and artistic, you like to be a trendsetter.

You have an upbeat spirit and you like almost everything.

You make friends easily and often have long standing friendships.

Impulsive and trusting, you fall in love a little too easily.

This might not be the smartest thing for me to do...

Just call me the risk taker!

1 question...
1 chance...
1 honest answer...

That's all you get. Ask me one question. Any one question, anything, no matter how crazy it is. An honest answer. No catch.

All comments will be screened so your question stays private between you and me, and only you will get to see my answer to your question. But I dare you to repost this and see what people ask you.

ooc: He will not answer questions pertaining to the plotty mcplot I have in store for him. You can have your characters ask him but he won't give a straight answer. ;)

backdated: ask me no questions, i'll tell you no lies

I'm home, if you can really call it that. Since, technically, I don't really have one. They say the home is where your heart is. Which is kinda a dumb expression if you ask me. At least if you take it in the literal way. But, since Will and Buff and I were all in the same place I guess you could say that this was as close to home as the three of us will really ever get anymore. Can't really speak for them, but that's how I see it anyway.

First Buff and I were just going to go get drinks together. She sounded like she needed to talk and since I'd been here a week without seeing her yet I jumped at the chance to hang. Once she found out where I was staying she told me that Sol and I could come crash at her place. Sol and I were a team though so I wasn't just going to leave her at the school.

Went down the hall to Sol's room and knocked. "It's open." She called and I opened the door.

"Time to go. Pack your stuff." Looking up from the book that she was reading she gave me an annoyed look. Smirking at her I knew that she wasn't really annoyed. Well, maybe she was, but most of the time she just liked to look at me that way whenever we were headed somewhere else. We weren't really going going, just moving down the road a bit. "I'm heading to stay at Buffy's beach house. You can either stay here or stay there with me."

With that her eyebrows raised, "Did you say beach house?"

Nodding at her I said, "Yep, I've heard it's pretty nice."

"Okay, just give me a few." With that I left her to pack her things.

That was the one good thing about traveling around the world for the last few years. It didn't take either one of us very long to pack our stuff. Took us both about five minutes, maybe her a few more minutes since she insisted on carrying all that smelly bath stuff she liked so much. Which I found pretty pointless. I mean, soap is soap right? Guess I don't get it 'cause I'm a guy. And, being fond of smelly bath things was really the only girly thing about my slayer. So I couldn't really complain. Since she wasn't trying to drag me shopping or anything like that.

As I was doing the packing thing I'd heard from Will and found out that she was going to be joining us. Which made things a lot with the better. Told her that there was something that I should talk to her and Buff about. That I'd been holding onto something. Buff and Will were both going through with their own things now. My pointless problems would have to wait. Either they'd have to wait for me to have quite a few drinks in me tonight to let them know. Or I'd just keep my mouth shut. That might be all for the best.

Sol and I both headed out to the rental car. As far as rental cars go the ones in the US are probably ranked as some of the best. Renting cars in Guam or Tibet is not the easiest task to accomplish. Sometimes the only way to get somewhere else is to ride on the back of a truck. Which isn't so bad exactly. It all depends upon what is in the back of the truck with you. The first store along the way I saw we pulled in to get supplies which meant drink like stuff and snack type stuff.

Will wanted vodka along with something fruity so I got the vodka and an assortment of fruit juices. Wasn't really sure what Buff wanted but I grabbed some beer too for me. If she didn't want either of those two things hopefully she had something at the house. Grabbed some chips and crackers and Sol got her usual slushie which I knew that she'd be mixing some Jack into it when she was in her room. She didn't really fool me. After spending practically twenty-four/seven with her for the last five years it was hard for either one of us to keep things from one another. Of course she also had some gummy fish.

"You know your teeth are gonna rot if you keep getting that combo every time we hit a convenience store." I told her matter of fact like.

Sol chomped her teeth at me. "I've got strong teeth. One good thing in my gene pool. And you should talk, all that beer you drink is gonna give you a gut one of these days." She said as we got back into the car.

"Chasing after you and your little sisters doesn't usually make one prone to beer guts, Soly."

After buckling her seatbelt back on she turned to me. "So you've decided then that we're not staying that long?"

Great, now she was going to bring that topic back up. I had no idea what I was going to be doing yet. None. My mind was as blank as an amnesiacs. Except, you know, I had all of my memories and everything but it was only about this topic. "I don't know. And, I don't know when I am going to know. It just depends."

Crossing her arms on her chest she stared at me. Kinda wished that we were in London at the moment. Because then she'd be sitting on my bad side and I wouldn't have to see her staring at me. Guess it didn't make much difference because I could practically feel her eyes boring into me. "Look Sol, once I figure it out, you'll be the first to know, 'kay?" She just said, "Mmhmm" and was silent for the rest of the ride.

There were things that she knew that she shouldn't. That was just the way of things though. You'd think that since she knew that stuff she'd be more forgiving for my wishy-washy attitude right now. But no, she wasn't a patient person. She'd just have to deal though.

Swung into Buffy's driveway and noticed first thing that she wasn't kidding about the size of the place. It was really big. Probably about two and a half times the size of how big her home back in Sunnydale was. It had clean lines and it looked like at one time it was a contractor's dream to build. Inwardly I kicked myself. That was a whole different life and one that I wouldn't have again.

Normally, I'd never even think to knock at my best friend's house. But this was the first time I'd been here and all so I knocked. I had a hold of my big duffel bag and my laptop case. Sol had her duffel over her shoulder, her laptop case, and all of the groceries in one hand. When Buff opened to door I gave her a wide grin before stepping inside and putting all of my stuff down before wrapping her in a huge hug. Pulled away and said, "It's really good to see you. You remember Sol?" Nodded in Solvei's direction and she smiled at Buffy a little shyly and waved. "Hi Buffy."

FM application topic #2 - Introduction

Xander is the guy most people don't take a second notice to. At least, they didn't used to. Not until he had his eye poked out. Gruesome you're thinking? Well, yeah it was, but he'd go into the same situation without pausing for a moment. Plus we'll get into the whys and hows in a moment. The details, all those nitty gritty things that you all are waiting on baited breath to hear. Alas, that will have to come at another time... or never. Andrew really tells it better.

You see? He lives, breathes, and works with the most amazing women. Real life superheros, in fact. They are slayers. Most men would feel intimidated probably by being around women all the time that could kick your ass. Not Xander, because at a very early age, well, not like baby age or toddler age or pre-pubescent age... but teenager age. That time when life is lived in two extremes. Either you were emo about your life being boring or it was the best time ever.

When Buffy Summers walked into his life he was blind sided. He was completely and truly in awe. In fact, he was so taken with the girl that he ran right into a metal railing trying to get a better look at her. He fell deeply and madly in puppy love with her. As deeply and madly in love as any teenager could possibly love someone anyway.

The love thing between the two of them never panned out. Not in the romantical (yes, it's a word because I Xander says so) sense but in the best friend sense. After his best friend Jesse died Buffy took the place in the circle of friends. Not that she took the place, she just filled a gap. From then on they dealt with some very wacky things. Vampire and demons are real type things. Apocalyptic battles, the loss and gain of loved ones, friends trying to destroy the world, even lately with the New Kids on the Block coming back. They've been through it all together.

For the last five years Xander has scoured the globe finding slayers and sending them on their way. He's seen new creepy things. Even named a couple. The council lets him do that. When he comes across a new species of demon he gets to name them and he kinda likes that. Mostly all names that he comes up with are a play on words or other words put together and spelled backwards. Why? Because it makes more sense to him that way. For example, one demon he came across in Guatemala sucks the very life force out of you by touching you. He named it S'llikome. Read that backwards with a straight face.

That's the guy he is. He makes the sometimes funny jokes and tries to make you laugh. He'll try his hardest to make you like him. He's going to go hang with Faith, Kennedy and Captain Peroxide at their school with his slayer Solvei. Try and teach the girls about some new demons and he's sure that they'll end up teaching him just as much... but about other things.

Now? Can I please stop talking in the third person? It's making me uncomfortable.

Who would ever think that so much went on in the soul of a young girl? -Anne Frank

Young girls. That's what I'm talking about. Now don't start thinking that I am some perv pedophile or anything like that. It's my job to find girls that are special. All of a sudden the immortal words of John Belushi come into my head from the Blues Brothers movies, "How much for your womeeeen?" Really... it's nothing like that. Even though I have been accused of such by family members, girls themselves, boyfriends, etc.

You see, I travel around the world looking for girls that are slayers. Vampire slayers. It just used to be one, my best friend Buffy. (There were two others but that's 'cause Buff died twice, but let's not get into that right now.) Up until my other best friend made with the witchy mojo and made all girls that had the possibility to become slayers, slayers. It's all very confusing. Especially for your average every day guy like me.

I sweep into the towns of where the girls live, tell them they have a destiny, then send them to be trained. So then they are less likely to get themselves killed when they come against their first bad. It's not easy and it never goes as planned. That doesn't stop me from trying though.

Nine times out of ten the girls look at me in one of two ways. The first way is that I'm a crazy person and that I need to get some sort of major therapy. The second way is that they look at me like I've just kicked their puppy. If I wasn't so used to it by now I'd probably take it personally. The other ten percent of the time, and I'm really being generous with the math here, they are grateful. They are grateful that I am taking them out of whatever situation they were in. In places where they are more excepting of the supernatural? Those are some of the best because the people as a whole think that it's a great gift to be a chosen one.

The girls. One thing about each and every one of them? Not a one ever ceases to amaze me. In some way or another, they always seem to. Guess I've never grown out of the worshiping superhero phase of my youth.
